本文扼要叙述渐近射线理论及构造体波射线合成地震图的方法,并把这一方法用于平凉——渭南地震测深剖面的解释,得到的二维模型比原先用走时资料取得的模型有较大的改善。所得模型的主要特征是:渭南盆地的沉积层比测线其他地区厚得多,整个剖面的沉积层速度为从3.8到5.8公里/秒的高梯度过渡;下地壳有较大的速度梯度(接近0.1秒~(-1));莫霍界面从东南向西北倾斜,深度从36公里逐渐增加到46公里。为在解释中充分利用振幅信息,在野外取得真实振幅记录是必要的。
