目的 探讨 型糖尿病患者的心理障碍和对代谢控制的影响。方法 采用 HAMA和 HAMD评定患者的心理障碍。结果 心理障碍发生率为 61 .74% ,焦虑和抑郁症状共存者为34.78% ,仅有焦虑症状的发生率为 2 7.83% ,差异无显著性。心理障碍的发生与性别、心理应激、病程长短及并发症的存在有关 ,并影响糖尿病患者的代谢控制。结论 型糖尿病患者应重视心理咨询和心理康复治疗。
Objective To investigate the psychological disorders and the impact of metabolic control in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods HAMA and HAMD were used to evaluate the psychological disorder in patients. Results The incidence of psychological disorders was 61.74%, the coexistence of anxiety and depression symptoms was 34.78%, and the incidence of anxiety symptoms was only 2 7.83%, the difference was not significant. The occurrence of psychological disorders and gender, psychological stress, duration and complications related to the existence, and affect the metabolic control of patients with diabetes. Conclusion Diabetes patients should pay attention to psychological counseling and psychological rehabilitation.
