分析了PDC钻头在几种典型的回旋运动情况下其切削齿的运动速度和运动状态,发现回旋运动时切削齿有瞬时反向转动的现象,并讨论了回旋运动对切削齿工作状态的影响,认为PDC钻头回旋引起的冲击载荷和切削齿反转是导致钻头切削齿破损的直接原因。试验证明,切削齿反转具有极大的破坏性。研究表明,采用适当的钻头转速可以减少切削齿的损坏,而运用抗回旋技术减小钻头回旋幅度和回旋频率才是根本的出路。
The moving speed and moving state of PDC cutter bit under some typical circumcircuits were analyzed. The phenomenon of instantaneous reverse rotation of cutting tooth was observed during the turning motion, and the influence of the turning motion on the working condition of cutting tooth was discussed. It is considered that the impact load and cutter reverse caused by PDC bit rotation are the direct causes of the cutter tooth damage. Experiments show that reverse cutting teeth is extremely destructive. The research shows that using appropriate bit speed can reduce the damage of cutting teeth, and using anti-whirling technology to reduce bit swirling amplitude and swirling frequency is the fundamental way out.
