本文给出了利用kW级横流CO_2激光(多模)对GCr_(15)等工件表面扫描,从而达到表面相变硬化的目的。还就激光功率、扫描速度等主要参数对硬化及硬化层深度的影响进行了研究。
In this paper, the use of kW level cross-flow CO_2 laser (multimode) GCr_ (15) and other workpiece surface scanning, so as to achieve the purpose of the surface transformation hardening. The effects of laser power and scanning speed on the depth of hardened and hardened layers were also studied.
