近年来,随着社会经济的日趋发展和人们生产生活水平的日渐提升,一定程度上促进了电力资源的广泛应用,也推进了电力企业的发展。但是作为电力企业来说,如何进一步加强人力资源绩效管理,确保职工稳定高效,保证电力企业的健康协调发展,也成为了企业管理者深入研究探索的一项重要课题。本文对目前电力企业在人力资源绩效管理方面存在的一项薄弱环节进行了分析阐述,并有针对性地提出了解决对策,对深入推进电力企业做好人力资源绩效管理具有很强的参考价值。
In recent years, with the continuous development of the social economy and the ever-increasing level of production and living standards of people, the utilization of power resources has been promoted to some extent and the development of power enterprises has also been promoted. However, as an electric power enterprise, how to further strengthen the performance management of human resources, ensure the stable and efficient employees, and ensure the healthy and coordinated development of electric power enterprises have also become an important issue for enterprise managers to conduct in-depth research and exploration. This paper analyzes the current weaknesses in the HRM performance management of power enterprises, and puts forward some solutions to solve them. It has a strong reference value for further promoting the HRM performance management in power enterprises.
