安全生产责任重大。为进一步落实生产经营单位安全生产主体责任,省政府于2010年4月2日,颁布了《吉林省生产经营单位安全生产主体责任暂行规定》(吉政发〔2010〕11号)。该《规定》的颁布实施,对于规范生产经营单位安全生产,实现全省安全生产形势稳定好转,具有十分重要的意义。为配合生产经营单位较好的学习和宣传,本刊全文刊载了《吉林省生产经营单位安全生产主体责任暂行规定》。
Safety production responsibility. On April 2, 2010, the provincial government promulgated the Interim Provisions on the Responsibility of Main Responsibilities for Safe Production in Production and Business Operation of Jilin Province (YGZF [2010] No. 11) in order to further implement the main responsibilities for safe production in production and operation units. The promulgation and implementation of the “Provisions” are of great significance for standardizing the safe production of production and business units and achieving the steady and improvement of the province’s safe production situation.
