本文探索了组织学习和员工绩效之间的关系。文章以员工个体为考察对象,假设组织学习能通过不同的环节或渠道来影响员工绩效,这主要反映在工资收入、工资等级的晋升和技术等级或职务的晋升等方面。对于文中的观点,在构建理论模型基础上,结合中国综合社会调查中不同类型组织员工的基本资料和数据进行实证检验,分析员工绩效的测量及组织学习对于员工绩效的影响。研究发现,组织学习与员工绩效之间存在明显的关系;不同类型组织员工的学习渠道或方式对绩效的影响存在一定差异。对于管理者来说,应该在组织学习效果差异性的基础上,结合员工的特性进行人力资源的有效开发。
This article explores the relationship between organizational learning and employee performance. The article takes individual employees as the object of study. It is assumed that organizational learning can affect employee performance through different links or channels. This is mainly reflected in the aspects of wage income, promotion of salary level and promotion of technical rank or position. Based on the construction of the theoretical model, this paper conducts an empirical test based on the basic data and data of employees of different types in China’s comprehensive social survey to analyze the impact of employee performance measurement and organizational learning on employee performance. The study found that there is a clear relationship between organizational learning and employee performance; different types of organizational staff learning channels or ways of performance there are some differences. For managers, should be based on the differences in organizational learning effects, combined with the characteristics of staff for the effective development of human resources.
