今年是地方党政机关换届年,也是干部职务变动、提拔的关键年,因此,从年初起,中央就以各种形式强调严禁跑官要官。这既说明中央对严肃干部纪律的决心,也说明跑官要官风气有相当的市场,使得中央不得不对此三令五申。但是这个“跑”字最近受到关注的原因不仅仅是因为换届,不仅仅是因为某些干部中存在的跑官要官不正之风,还因为那成千上万家的驻京办。
This year marks the key year for the local party and government organs to change their positions and the promotion of cadre positions. Therefore, starting from the beginning of the year, the Central Government has emphasized in various forms the strict ban on running officials. This shows both the determination of the Central Government over the seriousness of cadres’ discipline and the fact that there is a fair market for official officials. This has forced the Central Committee to make repeated orders. However, the reason this “Run ” has received much attention recently is not only because of the change of session, not only because of the unofficial run-ins that exist among some cadres but also because of the tens of thousands of Beijing-based offices.
