足月小样儿是指胎龄≥37周,体重低于其孕龄平均体重的第10百分位数者或低于其平均体重的两个标准差者。本组系我院产科自1990年6月～1993年4月分娩的4585例(男2338例,女2247例),其中足月小样儿31例,发生率为0.67％。现分析其发生因素。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 1.1.1 性别:男10例。女21例。 1.1.2 出生体重:<1.5kg1例,～2kg5例～2.2kg6例,～<2.5kg19例。 1.1.3 胎龄:37～38周12例,～39周8例,
Full-term infants refer to those with a gestational age of ≥37 weeks, those who weigh less than the 10th percentile of their average gestational age, or those that fall below their mean body weight.
