As the 60th anniversary of the founding of People’s Liberation Army, we hereby extend our salutations to all PLA officers and soldiers! Sixty years ago, on August 1, our party led an armed uprising in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, launching the first shot to the Kuomintang reactionaries and independently leading the armed revolution. After the Second Revolutionary Civil War, the War of Resistance Against Japan, the War of Liberation, the dark rule of imperialism, feudalism and bureaucratic capitalism in China was overthrown and a new China was established.
