要讲好一口外国语固然并不容易;要用外语开展电话交际就得具备准确无误、对答如流的外语听说能力,还得熟悉电话交际的特点.与当面交谈相比,电话交谈有如下三点区别: 人们在面对面的谈话中,可以利用手势,面部表情、身势语以及讲话场合和情景来实现交际任务。但是,在电话交际中,这些语言交际的辅助手段全都不见了,用来传递信息的只有声波。电话中的语音音质远不如当面对话时的音质,譬如,最小音素辨音组就很难在电话中区别清楚。对于第二语言学习者来说,电话交际中第二语言的语速也是个障碍。操本族语的人和外国人
To speak a good foreign language is not always easy; to communicate in a foreign language, you have to have accurate and correct answers to foreign language skills, have to be familiar with the characteristics of telephone communication with the face to face conversation, the telephone conversation has the following three differences : In face-to-face conversation, people use gestures, facial expressions, body language, and speech situations and situations to accomplish their communicative tasks.
