高校学报是期刊重要组成部分,青年编辑占一定比例。由于初接触编辑工作,青年编辑面临着专业知识不足、职业认同感差、容易被其他事务分心等困难。对于这些困难,青年编辑应该重视个人因素在编辑职业发展中的决定性作用,勤学苦练编辑技能;调节工作心态,进行合理的自我定位;合理安排时间,及时完成任务。
Journal of colleges and universities is an important part of journals, young editors account for a certain proportion. Due to the initial contact with editors, young editors face difficulties such as lack of professional knowledge, poor professional recognition and easy distraction from other issues. For these difficulties, young editors should attach importance to the decisive role of personal factors in editorial career development, hard-working editing skills; adjust the work mentality, a reasonable self-positioning; reasonably arrange the time to complete the task in a timely manner.
