本文报导了牙齿根管长度电测仪的原理研究、设计思想和临床效果。根据电学的基本原理,阐明了从根尖孔至口腔粘膜之间阻抗值基本恒定的物理意义,发现孔穴阻抗和界面阴抗在电测过程中有重要作用。
This paper reports the principle of dental root canal length measuring instrument, design ideas and clinical results. According to the basic principle of electricity, the physical meaning of the impedance between the apical foramen and the oral mucosa is clarified. It is found that the pore impedance and the interfacial anion have an important role in the electrical measurement.
