采用溶剂交换和熔融共混相结合的方法制备了纳米纤维素(CNF)/聚砜(PSF)改性环氧复合材料。采用冲击、拉伸性能测试,扫描电镜(SEM)和热重分析(TGA)研究了复合材料的力学性能、断面形貌及热稳定性。结果表明:对于聚砜改性的环氧体系,聚砜的质量分数为10%时,材料的冲击强度升高,但拉伸强度略有降低。而聚砜和纳米纤维素共同改性的环氧体系的拉伸强度和冲击强度随CNF用量增加均有提高,与纯的环氧树脂基体相比,添加质量分数0.3%的CNF后的体系拉伸强度提高了5%,冲击强度提高了39.8%。CNF和PSF的加入可提高环氧体系的热稳定性。
Nano-cellulose (CNF) / polysulfone (PSF) modified epoxy composites were prepared by a combination of solvent exchange and melt blending. The mechanical properties, cross-sectional morphology and thermal stability of the composites were investigated by impact test, tensile test, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). The results show that for the polysulfone modified epoxy system, the impact strength of the material increases when the mass fraction of polysulfone is 10%, but the tensile strength slightly decreases. The tensile strength and impact strength of the epoxy modified by polysulfone and nanocellulose were both increased with the increase of the amount of CNF. Compared with the pure epoxy resin matrix, the addition of 0.3% mass fraction of CNF Tensile strength increased by 5%, impact strength increased by 39.8%. The addition of CNF and PSF can improve the thermal stability of the epoxy system.
