Frankin and Tsudik gave two multi-party exchange protocols in FC’98. This protocol is a fair exchange protocol for multi-party exchange. This paper discovers the attack on the first of these protocols (SUCEX 1) and points out that the protocol is a Fair exchange agreement, and gives an improved form of this agreement
