检测二尖瓣狭窄（ＭＳ）病人止血系统多项指标，以证实ＭＳ血栓前状态（ＰＴＳ）的存在并探讨其发生机理。结果表明：ＭＳ病人在止血系统多个环节发生异常，存在ＰＴＳ；合并房颤的ＭＳ病人止血系统异常更为显著；ＰＴＳ与ＭＳ严重程度有关。
To detect multiple indexes of hemostatic system in patients with mitral stenosis (MS) to confirm the existence of MS prethrombosis (PTS) and to explore its mechanism. The results showed that: MS patients at various stages of the hemostatic system abnormalities, the presence of PTS; MS patients with atrial fibrillation hemostatic abnormalities more significant; PTS and MS severity.
