耳鼻咽喉原发性神经内分泌癌是一类独特的恶性肿瘤，临床少见。喉部恶性肿瘤以鳞癌为主，占85％。喉神经内分泌癌仅占0．3％～0．5％。1969年Goldman报道了首例喉神经内分泌癌。现将我院耳鼻咽喉科收治的1例喉神经内分泌癌报告如下。
