目的探讨大学生具体领域的同一性状态与心理健康的关系,为心理健康教育提供指导。方法使用自我同一性状态客观测量问卷(EOM-EIS-2)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对菏泽学院821名大学生进行测试。结果通过t检验、方差分析和回归分析发现,具体领域同一性状态在家庭来源、年级、性别上存有一定差异,如城镇与农村学生在意识形态领域早闭型上存在显著差异(F=5.356,P=0.02),且前者高于后者,男生在意识形态领域完成型同一性维度上得分显著高于女生(F=4.149,P=0.042);在意识形态领域,扩散型同一性状态者的心理健康水平最差,其次为早闭型同一性状态者,在人际关系领域,扩散型同一性状态者的心理健康水平最差,其他3种同一性状态者则没有差异;人际关系领域扩散型同一性状态对心理健康水平的预测力最大(ΔR2=0.050),此外,大二和非独生子女也进入了回归方程,共解释心理健康6.6%变异量。结论人际关系领域的同一性状态对大学生心理健康状况影响最大,且人际关系领域扩散型同一性状态者的心理健康水平最差。
Objective To explore the relationship between identity status and mental health in specific field of college students and to provide guidance for mental health education. Methods 821 undergraduates in Heze University were tested using the EOM-EIS-2 and SCL-90 questionnaires. Results By t-test, ANOVA and regression analysis, it was found that there were some differences in family origin, grade and gender in the specific field of identity. For example, there was a significant difference in the early closure of ideological field between urban and rural students (F = 5.356 , P = 0.02), and the former was higher than the latter. The male students scored significantly higher than the female students in the ideological field (F = 4.149, P = 0.042). In the ideological field, Had the worst mental health level, followed by those with early-closed type identity. In interpersonal relationship, those with diffuse identity had the worst mental health status and those with the other three kinds of identity status did not differ. The interpersonal relationship spread Type II identity had the highest predictive power of mental health (ΔR2 = 0.050). In addition, sophomores and non-children also entered the regression equation, explaining a total of 6.6% variation in mental health. Conclusion The same-sex status in the interpersonal relationship has the greatest influence on the mental health status of college students, and the diffuse-type identity in the interpersonal relationship has the worst mental health status.
