本文研究了原料粉末质量、压制压力、烧结工艺等对奥氏体烧结不锈钢材料收缩率、密度、极限拉伸强度、延伸率及抗腐蚀性能的影响。提出了以压制压力为588—700MPa;500-600℃预烧半小时;在氢气保护下于1300-1330℃烧结1-1.5小时;于冷却水套中冷却的工艺。用这种工艺生产的制品,可获得均匀、稳定的细晶粒奥氏体组织,从而具有良好的综合物理机械性能和抗腐蚀性能。
In this paper, the effects of powder quality, pressing pressure and sintering process on the shrinkage, density, ultimate tensile strength, elongation and corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steel were investigated. Proposed to press the pressure of 588-700MPa; 500-600 ℃ pre-burn for half an hour; under hydrogen protection at 1300-1330 ℃ for 1-1.5 hours; cooling water jacket cooling process. The products produced by this process can obtain uniform and stable fine grain austenitic structure, which has good comprehensive physical and mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
