小儿异位发育不全肾在临床上较为少见,常合并有输尿管异位开口,治疗上一般行异位发育不全肾切除术。我院近8年来共收治先天性异位发育不全肾伴输尿管异位开口12例,其中3例行腹腔镜切除小儿异位发育不全肾,现将诊治体会报道如下。资料与方法1.一般资料3例均为女性,年龄分别为4岁
Pediatric ectopic dysplasia of the kidney is relatively rare in clinical practice, often associated with ureteral ectopic opening, the treatment of general heterotopic hypoplastic nephrectomy. Nearly 8 years in our hospital were treated congenital ectopic dysplasia with ureter ectopic opening in 12 cases, of which 3 cases of laparoscopic resection of children with ectopic dysplasia, diagnosis and treatment are now reported as follows.
