[目的]了解泰安市手足口病密切接触者隐性感染状况。[方法]2009年3～5月,对泰安市岱岳区、宁阳县、肥城市手足口病密切接触者中106人进行肠道病毒隐性感染率调查。[结果]检测106人,肠道病毒阳性的43人,阳性率为40.57%。其中EV71阳性率为22.64%,其他肠道病毒阳性率为17.92%,CA16未检出。肠道病毒阳性率,岱岳区为32.08%,肥城为75.00%,宁阳为41.46%(P<0.05);同班级者为67.65%,同园者为20.00%,看护者为37.50%,同村者为11.76%(P<0.01);5岁～组肠道病毒阳性率最高,为63.64%,0～岁组阳性率最低为10.00%,不同年龄密切接触者肠道病毒阳性率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]手足口病密切接触者隐性感染率较高。
[Objective] To understand the prevalence of latent infection of hand-foot-mouth disease in Tai’an city. [Methods] From March to May, 2009, 106 cases of enterovirus infection rate in Daiyue, Ningyang and Feicheng cities in Tai’an were investigated. [Results] The detection rate was 106 and 43 were positive for enterovirus. The positive rate was 40.57%. Among them, the positive rate of EV71 was 22.64%, the positive rate of other enterovirus was 17.92%, but CA16 was not detected. The positive rate of enterovirus was 32.08% in Daiyue District, 75.00% in Feicheng, 41.46% in Ningyang (P <0.05), 67.65% in same class, 20.00% in Tongyuan, 37.50% in caregiver, (11.76%, P <0.01). The positive rate of enterovirus in 5 years old group was the highest (63.64%), while the lowest positive rate was 0% in 0 years old group (10.00%). The positive rates of enterovirus in different age groups were statistically significant Significance (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The prevalence of latent infection in hand-foot-mouth disease is high.
