全内脏反位在临床极其少见,而同时合并食管癌者更为罕见。我科1998年1月~2013年4月共收治全内脏反位合并胸段食管癌7例,所有患者均行外科手术治疗。现将结果报道如下。临床资料1.一般资料:7例患者中,男性5例,女性2例,年龄52~71岁,平均年龄63.5岁。胸中段6例,胸下段1例。术前均行电子胃镜及病理检查确诊为食管鳞状细胞癌。其中合并高血压
Total visceral anti-bit rare in clinical practice, while combined with esophageal cancer are more rare. Our department from January 1998 to April 2013 were treated in total laryngeal combined with thoracic esophageal cancer in 7 cases, all patients underwent surgical treatment. The results are reported below. Clinical data 1.
