本文对新一代大功率2ТЭ121型货运内燃机车采用的组合式牵引传动装置的结构进行了优化设计,并给出了传动装置各构件参数的最佳值;模拟计算了“走行部一牵引传动装置一线路”动力耦合振动系统,对传动装置的关键部件的强度和寿命作试验鉴定;通过对牵引传动装置的列车动力学试验证明,组合式牵引传动装置各参数的选择及各构件设计是高效合理的,均能满足货运机车走行部的要求。
In this paper, the structure of a new type of high-power 2ТЭ121 freight diesel locomotive with a combination of traction drives optimized design and gives the best value of the transmission components of the parameters; simulation of the “running a traction device Line ”power coupling vibration system to test the strength and life of the key components of the transmission.
