创新医院财务管理模式是新医改形势下的必然选择,可以有效推动医院的健康发展。本文主要对医院内的财务管理现况做了分析,之后从医院管理工作的实际出发,提出了完善新医改下医院财务管理模式的有效策略。
Innovative hospital financial management model is an inevitable choice under the new medical reform situation, which can effectively promote the healthy development of the hospital. This article mainly analyzes the current situation of financial management in the hospital. Then from the reality of the hospital management, it puts forward an effective strategy to improve the hospital’s financial management mode under the new medical reform.
