目的 研究白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )以及其受体和雌激素受体 (ERα或 β)在大鼠垂体前叶的共存。 方法用种属特异性抗体 (兔抗大鼠ERα或IL 2Rβ,羊抗大鼠ERβ或IL 2抗体 )进行免疫细胞化学双重染色。 结果 在大鼠垂体前叶有ERα、ERβ、IL 2和IL 2Rβ免疫反应细胞 ,ERα位于胞核内 ,IL 2和ERβ免疫反应物质位于胞浆内 ,IL 2Rβ位于胞膜。ERα或 β和IL 2共存于同一细胞 ,ERα和IL 2Rβ无共存 ,而ERβ和IL 2Rβ共存。 结论 在大鼠垂体前叶ER和IL 2以及膜受体IL 2Rβ和核受体ERβ共存于同一细胞 ,表明在大鼠垂体前叶存在免疫内分泌网络
Objective To investigate the coexistence of interleukin 2 (IL 2) and its receptor and estrogen receptor (ERα or β) in rat anterior pituitary. Methods Immunocytochemical double staining with species-specific antibodies (rabbit anti-rat ERα or IL 2Rβ, goat anti-rat ERβ or IL 2 antibody). Results There were ERα, ERβ, IL 2 and IL 2Rβ immunoreactive cells in the anterior pituitary of rats, ERα in the nucleus, IL 2 and ERβ immunoreactive substances in the cytoplasm, IL 2Rβ in the membrane. ERα or β and IL 2 coexist in the same cell, ERα and IL 2Rβ do not coexist, and ERβ and IL 2Rβ coexist. Conclusions The ER and IL 2 and the membrane receptor IL 2Rβ and ERβ coexist in the same cells in the anterior pituitary of rats, suggesting that there is an immune endocrine network in the anterior pituitary of rats
