发展复方制剂的建议

复方制剂是开发新品种的重要领域。特别是面临“复关”的挑战,新药匮乏成为障碍我国医药大发展的一个主要问题。由于一二类新药研制投入经费多、周期长,复方制剂系第3类新药,研制费用较小、周期短,不失为研制新药的一条发展道路。因此,科研生产单位应重视发展复方制剂。本文介绍国内外复方制剂发展概况和建议。

Compound preparation is an important area for developing new varieties. In particular, facing the challenge of “multiple offenses”, the shortage of new drugs has become a major obstacle to the great development of China’s pharmaceutical industry. Since there are many funds and long-term investment in the development of new and second class drugs, the third category of new drugs in the compound preparation industry is less costly and less costly to develop. Therefore, it is a development path for the development of new drugs. Therefore, research and production units should pay attention to the development of compound preparations.
