The 1987 state budget, approved by the Fifth Session of the Sixth National People’s Congress, provides an important guarantee for the sustained and steady development of the national economy in order to further open up, revitalize and deepen the reform. The realization of this budget is a common task for all the regions, departments and fiscal and tax authorities at all levels this year. More than six months have passed this year. From the budget implementation in the first half of the year, the task for the second half of the year is very arduous. In less than six months in the future, we must strive to overcome difficulties and ensure the realization of the state budget for this year. To achieve this year’s national budgetary task, we need to do a lot of solid and meticulous work, such as launching the “double-double-double” campaign and the promotion of enterprises
