1.引言 新型耐火材料——硅酸铝耐火纤维因其具有良好的绝热性能,而被广泛应用在热处理炉上。鞍钢冷轧厂热处理车间有44个加热罩,担负年产量为30万吨冷轧带钢的热处理生产任务。从1979年开始,将耐火纤维做为炉衬应用于煤气罩式退火炉。炉衬采用层铺式和贴面式两种结构。生产实践表明:节能效果良好,层铺式结构炉衬煤气单耗降低20％左右,贴面式结构炉衬煤气单
