为提升国内城轨车辆设计水平,参考国外铁路标准,开展了城轨车辆柔度系数测量的研究工作,设计了3种不同的柔度系数测量方法。对3种方法的测量原理和应用范围进行了分析和描述,针对不同的测量方法,给出了相应传感器的选择和误差分析说明。通过某地铁车辆利用加速度传感器测量柔度系数的测量结果(试验曲线),验证了测量方法的有效性。
In order to improve the design level of domestic urban rail vehicles, the research of measuring the flexibility factor of urban rail vehicles was carried out with reference to the foreign railway standards. Three different measures of flexibility coefficient were designed. The measurement principle and application range of the three methods are analyzed and described. The corresponding sensor selection and error analysis are given for different measurement methods. The measurement results (test curves) of the compliance coefficient of a metro vehicle using an acceleration sensor are verified, and the validity of the measurement method is verified.
