在体外培养的条件下,大鼠晶体中 Na K-ATPase 可被1mmol/L ouabain 所抑制,抑制的程度随着 ouabain 作用的时间而加强。鼠晶体被 ouabain 作用后,湿重增加,晶体膨胀,逐渐变为混浊,表明晶体中的 Na K-ATPase 在维持晶体中的离子浓度及渗透压平衡上起着重要作用。此外,通过 H_2O_2对培养晶体的作用,表明晶体及晶体的 Na K-ATPase 易被氧化损伤,1mmol/L H_2O_2 20小时即可使晶体的 Na K-ATPase 活力下降56%,致晶体混浊。
Under in vitro culture conditions, Na K-ATPase in rat crystals can be inhibited by 1 mmol / L ouabain, and the extent of inhibition is enhanced by the time of ouabain action.
