磁场对脲酶活性影响的试验结果表明:磁场处理20min磁效应最大,且场强205mT时产生最大正效应,比CK提高30.4%;场强800mT时负效应最大,比CK降低19.5%。磁场处理400mg/L的脲酶溶液,205mT时磁效应最大,比CK提高32.5%;处理800mg/L的溶液,170mT时磁效应最大,比CK提高26.5%。同一场强下,40℃较30℃和60℃脲酶活性提高的幅度要少的多。磁场处理脲酶溶液比处理酶粉和溶剂效果明显,100mT处理比CK提高8.1%,205mT比CK提高29.8%。
The results of magnetic field on the urease activity show that the magnetic effect is maximal 20min after the magnetic field treatment, and the maximum positive effect is produced when the field strength is 205mT, which is 30.4% higher than that of CK. The negative effect is 800mT, the maximum negative effect is 19.5% . Magnetic field treatment of 400mg / L urease solution, 205mT maximum magnetic effect, 32.5% higher than the CK; 800mg / L solution, 170mT when the magnetic effect of the largest, 26.5% increase over CK. Under the same field intensity, the increase of urease activity at 30 ℃ and 60 ℃ was much less than that at 40 ℃. The results showed that the treatment of urease by magnetic field was more effective than the treatment of enzyme powder and solvent.
