房市最大,股市最忧。11月19日,远在新加坡访问的中国国务院总理温家宝在东盟峰会上吐露了自己目前最关注与最忧心的两件大事:中国的住房市场与股票市场。“提起人民生活,我最关注的是住房问题”;“要对股民进行风险教育和风险提示,要使股民懂得买股票可能挣,也可能赔……”这是中国政府高层极少见的对这两个狂飙已久的市场明确表达关切。在通胀压力持续累积,资产价格继续上涨的情形下,这番来自高层的忧虑和警示被市场解读为极其严肃的信号。中国政府对楼市与股市加强调控的决心已非常明确和坚定。
