在计算机和信息快速发展的21世纪,计算机文化素质成为高职院校学生的基本素质之一,高职院校针对高职院校的现状,采取相关措施,开展计算机文化素质教育,培养高职学生的计算机文化素质。随着计算机、信息以及网络的发展,意味着信息时代的到来,这在很大程度上改变了改变人们工作方式和生活方式,加快了社会发展前进的步伐,信息时代对知识水平和计算机应用提出了更高的要求。因而,计算机文化素质培养也提上了重要日程,成为新世纪高职人才培养的重要的任务。
