目的:建立一种大体积直接进样,电导检测饮用水中痕量溴酸盐的离子色谱分析法。方法:采用Dionex ICS-2000型离子色谱仪,EGCⅡKOH淋洗液自动发生器,10 mmol/L~35 mmol/L KOH梯度淋洗,流速1.00 ml/min,DionexIonpac AS19型分析柱,DS6型热电导检测器,ASRS300阴离子抑制器,进样体积500μl等分析条件。结果:经实验得到相关系数r=0.9999,精密度RSD<2%,平均加标回收率在95.0%~107%之间,方法的最低检出限为5μg/L。结论:该方法具有操作简单、快速、灵敏度高、重现性好等优点,可应用于饮用水中痕量溴酸盐的分析测定。
Objective: To establish a large volume direct injection, conductivity detection of trace bromate in drinking water by ion chromatography. Methods: Dionex ICS-2000 ion chromatograph, EGCⅡKOH eluent generator, gradient elution with 10 mmol / L ~ 35 mmol / L KOH, flow rate 1.00 ml / min, Dionex Ionpac AS19 analytical column, DS6 thermal conductivity Detector, ASRS300 anion suppressor, injection volume 500μl and other analysis conditions. Results: The correlation coefficient r was 0.9999 and the precision RSD was less than 2%. The average recovery was between 95.0% and 107%. The detection limit was 5 μg / L. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and reproducible. It can be applied to the determination of trace bromate in drinking water.
