The furacillin or furazolidone monotherapy and the combination of two drugs were used to study the effects of its metabolites Semicarbazide (SEM) and 3-amino-2-oxazolidinone AOZ) in the sea cucumber tissue metabolism rule. The results showed that SEM and AOZ had similar metabolic regularity, with a high elimination rate in the initial stage, followed by a gradual elimination rate and a certain concentration for a long time. After 225 days of withdrawal, the SEM and AOZ still can be detected in the sea cucumber tissue, indicating that the SEM and AOZ are more difficult to eliminate in the sea cucumber tissue. In general, the elimination rate of SEM and AOZ in ginseng viscera was faster than that in the body wall, and the elimination rate was faster in the ginseng alone than in the mixed administration. Under the single administration mode, the half-lives of SEM in body wall and internal organs were 34.8 and 38.3 days, respectively, and the elimination half-lives of AOZ were 52.9 and 38.7 days respectively. The half-lives of SEM in body wall and internal organs were 47.5 and 35.4 d, AOZ elimination half-lives were 59.2 and 54.6 d respectively. Based on the above results, it is predicted that nitrofurantoin and furazolidone will be used one year prior to the listing of sea cucumber, and it is still quite possible to detect SEM and AOZ in the market. The results show that strengthening the supervision of sea cucumber seedlings and mid-term nitrofuran cultivation is conducive to ensuring the quality and safety of commercially available sea cucumber.
