去年11月份,本人加入了常州市陆建生名教师工作室,工作室的研究主题是“高中语文幸福课堂的构建——关注教和学”。在一年多的学习过程中,本人聆听了工作室成员以“同题异构”形式开设的几堂教学研究课。工作室的同仁课堂教学风格迥异,对教材解读视角各异,在他们的课堂上时常碰撞出思维的火花。成功的背后,离不开他们辛勤的备课。本人作为一名青年教师,从每次的听评课活动中得到不少有益的启发。下面我以小说、诗歌、文言文这三种课型为例,梳理一下工作室成员在高中语文幸福课堂的构建与实践过程中的一些有益探索。
In November last year, I joined the Changzhou Lu Jiansheng teacher’s studio, the studio’s theme is “high school Chinese language happiness classroom construction - focus on teaching and learning ”. During the course of more than a year, I listened to a few teaching and research lessons that studio members set up in the form of “heterogeneous”. Colleagues in the studio classroom teaching style is very different, interpretation of textbooks of different perspectives, often in their class collision spark of thinking. Behind the success, can not do without their hard preparation lesson. As a young teacher, I get a lot of useful inspiration from each listening class. Now I take novels, poems, classical Chinese as an example, to sort out the studio members in the high school Chinese language happiness classroom construction and practice of some useful exploration.
