目的:研究乙肝定康抗肝纤维化的作用及其作用机理。方法:以~3H-胸腺嘧啶(~3H-TdR)、~3H-脯氨酸(~3H-Pro)掺入量及掺入抑制率测定的方法,观察乙肝定康对离体大鼠肝细胞DNA及胶原合成的影响。结果:在1∶1600~1∶100mg/ml浓度范围的乙肝定康能明显抑制肝细胞DNA及胶原合成,抑制程度与浓度、作用时间均呈正相关。结论:乙肝定康抗肝纤维化的作用机制之一是抑制肝细胞增殖及胶原合成。
Objective: To study the anti-hepatic fibrosis effect and its mechanism of action. Methods: To observe the effect of B Gan Ding Kang on DNA of isolated rat hepatocytes by the method of 3 H-thymidine (~3H-TdR), 3 H-proline (~3H-Pro) incorporation and inhibition of incorporation. And the effect of collagen synthesis. Results: Hepatitis B DNA and collagen synthesis were significantly inhibited in the range of 1:1600 to 1:100 mg/ml. The inhibition degree was positively correlated with the concentration and action time. Conclusion: One of the mechanisms of anti-hepatofibrosis induced by BDD is the inhibition of hepatocyte proliferation and collagen synthesis.
