随着传统能源开采条件的复杂化以及新能源的广泛开发与应用,与能源相关的岩土工程问题不断涌现出来。如何解决能源地下结构与工程问题是广大工程研究和技术人员面临的前所未有的机遇与挑战。面对崭新的能源岩土研究领域,2009年瑞士、2012年英国分别编制了能源桩设计相关技术规程,这也是目前世界上仅有的两部能源桩相关技术规程。2013年在法国巴黎召开的第18届国际土力学及岩土工程学术大会上,国际土力学与岩土工程协会(ISSMGE)新成立TC308:
With the complicacy of traditional energy exploitation conditions and the extensive development and application of new energy, geotechnical problems related to energy are constantly emerging. How to solve the problem of underground structure and engineering of energy is the unprecedented opportunity and challenge that majority of engineering researchers and technicians are facing. Faced with the new field of energy geotechnical research, in 2009 Switzerland and 2012 Britain compiled relevant technical regulations on energy pile design respectively, which is also the only two energy pile related technical regulations in the world.
