运用毛细管气相色谱法测定了6种共7个批号中成药中林旦和滴滴涕各异构体的含量。样品中农药采用在线法提取,提取溶剂为丙酮和二氯甲烷。色谱柱为SE-54(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm);进样口和检测器温度分别为260℃和320℃;采用柱程序升温技术将被测组分基本上达到基线分离。8种单体的加样回收率为93.36%~99.84%,RSD在0.38%~3.25%。结果表明,被测样品中均含有林旦和滴滴涕各异构体。
The contents of isomers of Lindane and DDT were determined by capillary gas chromatography in 6 Chinese patent medicines containing 7 batches. The pesticides in the samples were extracted on-line and the extraction solvents were acetone and dichloromethane. The column was SE-54 (30m × 0.32mm × 0.25μm); the inlet and detector temperatures were 260°C and 320°C, respectively; and column components were used to raise the temperature to achieve substantially baseline separation. The recoveries of the 8 kinds of monomers were between 93.36% and 99.84%, and the RSD was between 0.38% and 3.25%. The results showed that the tested samples contained both isomers of Lindane and DDT.
