流式细胞仪在医学领域已得到广泛应用,然而在水环境微生物的快速测定方面还处于发展阶段。介绍了流式细胞仪在水处理中的应用现状,并对未来发展进行了展望。目前,流式细胞仪主要用于水中细菌、病毒、特殊病原菌、藻细胞的快速测定以及微生物群落和生理状态的快速分析及其衍生的新方法,包括可同化有机碳、病原菌生长潜能、消毒效能的快速评价以及水处理过程中毒性变化的检测。流式细胞仪在水处理行业的使用将加深对水处理过程的认识。
Flow cytometry has been widely used in the medical field, however, it is still at a development stage in the rapid determination of microorganisms in aqueous environment. The application status of flow cytometry in water treatment was introduced, and the future development was forecasted.
