宁夏清真食品、穆斯林产品在国内外市场上具有明显的区位竞争优势和民族特色优势。在当今产业集群竞争时期,宁夏清真食品、穆斯林用品产业正逐步向着集群产业化的方向发展,已形成了以宁夏银川市和吴忠市为核心的产业集群发展雏形。文章分析了宁夏清真食品、穆斯林产业集群发展的竞争优势,找出了制约宁夏清真食品、穆斯林用品产业集群发展的因素,提出了宁夏清真食品、穆斯林用品产业集群可持续性发展的对策建议。
Ningxia halal food, Muslim products in the domestic market has obvious geographical advantages and advantages of ethnic characteristics. In the competition of industrial clusters, Ningxia halal food and Muslim supplies industries are gradually moving toward cluster industrialization, and the embryonic form of industrial clusters with Yinchuan City and Wuzhong City as the core has formed. This article analyzes the competitive advantage of the development of Muslim food industry and Muslim industry cluster in Ningxia, finds out the factors restricting the development of Ningxia Muslim food industry and Muslim goods industry cluster, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the sustainable development of Ningxia Muslim food and Muslim goods industry cluster.
