《幼儿生活活动保育》是中职学前教育专业(幼儿保育)的一门专业核心课程。传统课堂教学以教师讲授、学生跟学为主,学生被动地接受知识与技能,往往影响教学效果和目标的达成。行动导向教学法以学生为中心,让学生在主动行动过程中,内化知识和技能,培养职业技能和素养。结合教学实践,从专业课程教学入手,以“幼儿生活活动保育”课程教学为个例,探究行动导向教学法在职业能力培养中的运用,取得了一定的成效。
“Pre-school childcare” is a specialized core curriculum for pre-primary education (childcare). The traditional classroom teaching to teachers, students with the main students passively accept knowledge and skills, often affect the teaching effectiveness and goal. Action-oriented approach to teaching students as the center, so that students in the process of initiative, internalization of knowledge and skills, develop vocational skills and literacy. Combining with teaching practice, starting with the teaching of specialty courses, taking the teaching of “Preservation of Young Childhood Activities” as an example, this paper explores the application of the action oriented teaching method in vocational ability cultivation and has achieved certain results.
