目的了解黑龙江省各级疾病预防控制中心从事消毒专业人员人力资源情况,为合理配置人员、制定培训计划、人才引进等提供参考依据。方法预设消毒专业基本情况调查表对黑龙江省各级疾病预防控制中心消毒专业人员状况进行调查,对2006年全省疾病预防控制机构现有从事消毒专业人员的学历、职称、年龄、性别构成等情况进行比较和分析。结果调查2006年全省疾病预防控制机构共有在职消毒专业人员320人,占全省疾控机构在职人员的5.18%;学历主要集中在大专及中专以下水平;职称以初级职称为主;年龄主要集中在30~39岁范围内;性别为男性比例高于女性。结论黑龙江省疾病预防控制中心从事消毒专业人员数量不足,整体素质偏低,全省应有针对性地制定科学合理的人力资源配置方案,建立人员准入制度,加强继续教育与能力培训,采取优惠政策引进高层次的人才。
Objective To understand the situation of human resources of disinfection professionals in CDCs at all levels in Heilongjiang Province and provide reference for rationally allocating staff, making training plans and introducing talents. Methods Pre-set the basic situation of disinfection professional questionnaire on the CDC at all levels of Heilongjiang Province disinfection professionals to investigate the status of the province in 2006 CDC currently engaged in disinfection professionals qualifications, titles, age, gender composition, etc. The situation is compared and analyzed. Results The investigation of disease prevention and control institutions in the province in 2006 a total of 320 in-service disinfection professionals, accounting for the province’s CDC institutions serving staff of 5.18%; academic mainly in the junior college and secondary levels; titles to junior titles; mainly Concentrated in the range of 30 to 39 years old; sex is higher than the proportion of men than women. Conclusion Heilongjiang Center for Disease Control and Prevention engaged in disinfection professionals lacking in overall quality, the province should be targeted to develop scientific and rational allocation of human resources programs, the establishment of personnel access system, to strengthen the continuing education and ability training, to take preferential treatment Policy to introduce high-level personnel.
