社会生活日益复杂,侵害公共利益的现象时常发生,而我国至今还没有完善的公益诉讼制度,很多侵害公共利益的案件都因为没有法律依据而有始无终,维权之路艰辛至极。因此,构建适合我国国情的公益诉讼制度,对于保护社会公共利益是十分必要而紧迫的。
The social life is increasingly complicated, infringement of the public interest often occurs, and our country still has no perfect public interest litigation system, many cases of infringement of public interests are endless because of no legal basis, and the road to safeguarding rights is extremely difficult. Therefore, it is very necessary and urgent to construct public interest litigation system that is suitable for our country’s national conditions for the protection of social public interest.
