弓长岭铁矿采矿和机修职工合作,设计并试制成功一台进路掘进三机液压胶轮凿岩台车,通过用于加快无底柱分段崩落采矿法进路掘进的生产试验,效果较好,深受掘进工人的欢迎。该台车是油压定位,风动机械工作,油压系统是通过一个油泵驱动23个油缸,完成转向、稳车、定位等工作。台车的非工作外型尺寸为5100×1500×1800毫米,可掘进2.5×2.5～5.0×4.0米~2断面的巷道。台车的特点是:(1)无轨、胶轮自行、前进、后退、转弯比较灵活;(2)台车的行走是采用ZYQ-14装运机的行走机构,除三个钻臂外,其余部件与现用的采装设备备件统
