县委常委班子在推动一个县政治、经济、社会全面发展中肩负着重要职责。能不能以科学发展观为指导,创造性地把党的路线、方针、政策贯彻落实到全县的各项工作中去,实现经济社会又好又快发展,是对常委班子的一个重要考验。因此,县委及其常委会乃至每个常委履行好自己的职责,就要在抓工作落实上下功夫、见成效。
