本文通过对新生心得体会的分析,了解大部分学生是阳光,上进的,主流意识是好的。学校教育工作者要明白,了解学生,才能有的放矢,把他们培养成职校合格的毕业生,符合社会需要的技术人才。
Through the analysis of the experience of freshmen, this article understands that most students are sunshine and motivated, and mainstream awareness is good. School educators need to understand that knowing the students can be targeted and that they can be trained as qualified graduates of vocational schools and technical personnel that meet the needs of society.
