The technology of picture enlargement is an important branch of picture analysis and processing, and can be used in these areas such as video conference, video telephone, long distance medical treatment etc. A circuit design of CPLD is introduced which implements picture enlargement based on adjacent diffusion in this paper; at the same time, its stimulating result is given.
