目前,在我国单牙轮钻头的结构设计还没有标准系列,因此本文应用有限元法,建立了小尺寸单牙轮钻头轴承的力学模型,并推导出了轴承与牙轮接触区域的分布载荷p(θ)的具体表达式,突破了常规的集中载荷法的钻头轴承设计。文中所建立的有限元力学模型,可对轴承内部的应力进行详细地分析,并能确定出轴承内的危险点及危险区域,为轴承强度设计提供理论依据。同时文中给出了轴倾角β=30°时,小尺寸单牙轮钻头结构尺寸系列及其相应的屈服钻压和设计钻压。
At present, there is no standard series in the design of single-cone bit in our country. Therefore, the finite element method is used in this paper to establish the mechanical model of small-size single-cone bit bearing, and the distribution load p (Θ) of the specific expression, breaking the conventional focus load bearing bit design. The finite element mechanical model established in this paper can analyze the stress inside the bearing in detail and identify the dangerous points and dangerous areas in the bearing, which can provide the theoretical basis for the bearing strength design. In the meantime, when the axial inclination angle β = 30 ° is given, the structure dimension series of the small-size single-cone bit and its corresponding yield point weight and design weight-on-bit are given.
