为了解决两种混凝土同时上升施工的相互干扰,结合部位容易形成沿结合面的软弱带,产生面层裂缝的几率大,拌和楼频繁变换配合比,影响碾压混凝土施工工效等问题;我国首先在坑口围堰、荣先、普定水电站碾压混凝土大坝施工中提出并实施了变态混凝土施工技术。变态混凝土即是在已摊铺的碾压混凝土中,掺入一定比例的净浆后振捣密实的混凝土。采用变态混凝土可真正做到通仓薄层连续上升,简化施工,提高工效,减少工程造价,确保工程质量。

The use of metamorphic concrete can be achieved through a continuous rise of the storehouses, simplifying construction, improve work efficiency, reduce project costs and ensure project quality.
